The Labs are online:
It took much longer than expected, but he labs are finally available with your Patient Portal Accounts.
Please be patient, this is new technology.
If you find your labs before you hear from us, please allow us a day or two to get the information out to you before calling the clinic. We address labs in priority of severity, with the worst getting a call all the way to normal labs which may get a card in the mail depending on the situation. Thanks for your patience.
Don’t Forget: Physician On Call 24/7
Remember there is a physician on call during holidays to answer your urgent healthcare needs. To reach the physician on call just dial the clinic at 590-2020 and press option 3. If I am on call, just leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible. Otherwise, the phone system will automatically forward you to the designated call physician.
Please do not call for narcotics or other controlled drugs after clinic hours. There are numerous restrictions on these medications that must be followed. Our clinic policy is not to fill these medications after clinic hours or for other physicians while on call. Requests for these medications should be made to the original prescribing physician during regular clinic hours. It is best to allow at least 24 hours for the refills of controlled medications.
Be aware that narcotic prescriptions from more than one provider will raise alerts and can jeopardize your ability to obtain similar medications in the future. Copies of these alerts are sent to all the providers involved.
More detailed policies are available on the Policies tab.
