Originally from Alabama, Jill moved to Hendersonville in 2002 with her husband and their two children.  She has a B.A. in Journalism and an M.A. in Corporate Communication from the University of South Alabama.

Carol and her family have lived in Cottontown since 1996.  She has over 14 years experience in the medical field. 
She is a certified professional coder (CPC) and has special interests in compliance and auditing. 

Carol has started her own billing and consulting company and we are proud to be her first client. 

Abby is originally from the Nashville area.  She has worked in the health care field for over 5 years. Abby has a background in referrals, billing and coding. 

If your insurance requires a referral or authorization to see a specialist, please call Abby.  She will be happy to help with your request.

Brenda is our part time front office help.  She was kind enough to return from retirement to keep the clinic going strong.  She is a native of Hendersonville and in her off time enjoys her family and spoiling her 4 grandchildren.  She also creates some amazing purses and makes her sewing skills available from time to time.  Brenda makes the most amazing professional monograms, purses and custom creations.  If the price is right she may help you too.

Born in North Carolina, Amanda moved to Tennessee when when she was 5 years old.  She attended Hendersonville schools and graduated from Nashville College of Medical careers in 2002.  She is married and has one son.  She has worked in family practice since 2002.

Ashlee joined Tennessee Family Medicine in February 2009.  She will be nursing primarily with Carol Moore.  Ashlee brings a whole new level of excitement to the clinic with her infectious personality. 

Shelly is originally from Texas.  She and her family recently moved back to Hendersonville in February 2009. 

Shelly has worked in the health care field for 4 years.   She is usually the first contact you have with our office and is a tremendous help.

Born in Memphis, TN, Tim attended Christian Brothers University where he received his B.A. in Biology.  This is also where he met his wife, Sarah.  After graduating, he and Sarah married and moved to Mobile, AL where he received a Master’s in Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies.  Immediately after graduating from PA school, they moved to the Hendersonville/Gallatin area and have been there since.  Tim and Sarah have two wonderful children and love living in the middle Tennessee area.  He has worked in Primary Care/Internal Medicine for the past 6 ½ years.  Tim loves golfing, cycling, and spending time with his family.
