John WB Millspaugh, MD

Originally from the Gulf Coast, Dr. Millspaugh moved to Hendersonville with his family in 2002.  In addition to basic medical care, his medical interests include basic dermatologic procedures, skin cancer prevention, and minor skin surgery.  Dr. Millspaugh also provides basic chemical peels, minor varicose vein sclerotherapy and other cosmetic procedures with advanced notice.  Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Millspaugh treats patients from kindergarten and up.   He's been knows to exaggerate staff bios from time to time.  

Jill, Practice Manager

Originally from Alabama, Jill moved to Hendersonville in 2002 with her husband and their two children.  She has a B.A. in Journalism and an M.A. in Corporate Communication from the University of South Alabama.

Chasity Palmer, Billing Specialist

Chasity has been billing with us for a while and has taken over as our main billing specialist.  More to come...

Abby, Front Office Manager and Referrals

Abby is originally from the Nashville area.  She has worked in the health care field for over 12 years. Abby has a background in referrals, billing and coding and is our front office manager.

If your insurance requires a referral or authorization to see a specialist, please call Abby.  She will be happy to help with your request.  

Abby also specializes in sarcasm as well as wit.  We're just so glad she retired from professional basketball and volleyball to be part of our team.

Amie, Nursing

Amie was born and raised in Southern California.  She moved to Tennessee in 2001 with her husband, Chris, and daughters, Alex and Lauren.

Amie has 10+ years of experience as an opthalmic technician and surgical scrub technician.

She enjoys one-on-one patient care and is extremely multi-talented, capable of working with both front office and nursing staff and pretty much has no limits to her talent, ability and compassion.

Morgan, Nursing

Morgan has the most non-southern accent in the office and has worked on the emergency medical side but is new to Primary Care and we are excited to welcome her to the office.  You might recognize her from the first season of American Idol, and if so we'll set up an eye referral for you since she was never on it.

Davida, Front Office

Davida joined Tennessee Family Medicine in September 2012.

She has over 16 years of experience in customer service and has been a wonderful addition to our front office staff working front desk to referrals. 

Originally from Springfield, Davida currently lives in White House with her husband and 3 children.  Davida is currently training for the Olympics and will be out for training in Colorado as her busy schedule allows.

Tim O'Leary, PA-C

Born in Memphis, TN, Tim attended Christian Brothers University where he received his B.A. in Biology.  This is also where he met his wife, Sarah.  After graduating, he and Sarah married and moved to Mobile, AL where he received a Master’s in Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies.  Immediately after graduating from PA school, they moved to the Hendersonville/Gallatin area and have been there since.  Tim and Sarah have two wonderful children and love living in the middle Tennessee area.  He has worked in Primary Care/Internal Medicine since 2003.  Tim loves golfing, cycling, and spending time with his family.

Mark Compton, PA-C            

Mark is a graduate of theTrevecca University Physician Assistant Program. He joins Tennessee Family Medicine with over 13 years of Family Medicine experience. He is committed to a great patient experience and will continue to partner with patients to address their needs, reach their goals and achieve optimal health.   Mark served in the Armed Forces (Army) and is a veteran of Desert Storm. He grew up in Lafayette, TN and now lives in Nashville. He and his wife, Cathy, have been married for 20 years and have 2 wonderful children Sullivan and Caitlyn.  Mark enjoys spending time with his family, running, backpacking, fly fishing and Star Wars.

Amanda, Front Office

Amanda started Juy 2014 and has been a wonderful addition to the clinic.  You'll see Amanda at our new checkout window.  Amanda has 15 years experience with customer service and 5 years with both medical and dental office experience.  She's originally from White House, TN but currently resides in Greenbrier.  She is the proud mother of two children, Chloe and Devon.  In her spare time she races cars and is a Minecraft champion.  

Tonya, Nursing

Tonya is slow in submitting her bio for the website so I made one for her.  She enjoys composing classical music in her spare time and raising Emus and Llamas.

Tonya is a musical prodigy and one of the few in Nashville called on frequently for studio recordings of her hand made didgeridoo.

She won’t brag often, but she is a professional zip-liner but never competed due to her anti-competitive nature.

Tonya has been in nursing for 63 years but you would never know it.

She is the kind of quality person you don't find every day who you can rely on to always do the right thing no matter what.  

Christie, Nursing

In the meantime, Christie is a real fun-loving lady who loves to talk to her pets with funny voices. She loves Disney, it's an addiction actually.

Christie spends her spare time smelling candles and learning English as a second language.  

She is a professional ice sculpture artist and spelunker.   She spends her weekends geocaching without GPS.

Lacey, Nursing

Lacey joined us in 2014.   Her enthusiasm is infectious  

Lacey also has delayed her bio, but we've learned she has a metabolism that survives on a diet of cheetos and Twix.  She is a wonderful mother, has an abnormally positive attitude, and a dog named booger.  

Nobody works harder than this young lady and we appreciate her so much.  I'm still laughing that she has a dog named booger.
