Virtual Visits

Scheduled through the office, these visits are not a replacement for actual visits but during the Pandemic they are our safest option.  Please be online and in the appropriate site for your appointment and we'll join you as soon as possible.

Notes:

These are by appointment only, please do not use this without being scheduled by the office at 615-590-2020

If you need labs, we'll help arrange that for you during the appropriate time to reduce any possible risk.

If you need to be swabbed for Strep, Flu or COVID-19 we'll make arrangements to come test you from your car for safety.  

This is all new to everyone and it's a situation that is changing by the minute so please be patient with us as we adapt to the pandemic together.  

Please be sure you are on the schedule through the office so we know what time to sign in for the visit.  This is not a substitute for the portal, only for our schedule.
